Rather than blasting the surface, we apply cleaning solutions that kill algae, mold and mildew at the root, let them dwell, then rinse at low pressure. The growth releases instead of being ground off, so nothing gets etched, and because the spores are killed rather than just knocked loose, the finish stays clean noticeably longer.
